*Hybrid schedule: onsite 3 days per week at the Plantation, FL office

The Opportunity

We are hiring an HR Specialist responsible for data entry into our HCM system at our Plantation, FL office. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have a strong customer service orientation, and be detail-oriented. We believe in excellence in all we do and accept nothing less. You'll be successful in this role because you are results-oriented, you excel in quickly assessing core issues and concerns, and you are efficient with high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

What You'll Do

*Audit timesheets and pay-related data; enter or update team member records

*Process retro pay adjustments as applicable

*Respond to and resolve pay inquiries in a timely manner

*Provide support for the FC attendance management process

*Complete ServiceNow cases (HR case management software)

*Assist on data clean-up projects to prepare for new system implementations

*Maintain data integrity across various HR systems

What You'll Need

*Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support preferred

*Experience with UKG Pro, Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a plus

*Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

*Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

*Strong oral and written communication skills

*Exceptional customer service focus (internal and external) with professional interaction at all levels, from front-line to executive

*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

*Self-motivated with a positive attitude, flexible outlook, and strong ethical values

*Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and personal information
