**What You'll Do:**

* **5+ years of Strategic Program Leadership:** Own and drive designated program areas, defining and communicating priorities for large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects. Generate innovative solutions for ambiguous problems, taking full ownership from ideation to implementation.

* **Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment:** Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, managing expectations, and fostering strategic partnerships to achieve project goals. Deliver effective, strategic communications to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.

* **Process Optimization & Governance:** Establish and track robust processes, holding teams accountable for adherence, and identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Ensure all work aligns with compliance and privacy policies.

* **Roadmap Development & Execution:** Drive the creation and management of comprehensive project and program roadmaps, coordinating resources and communicating plans to ensure successful delivery.

* **Risk Management & Mitigation:** Proactively identify and assess risks, monitoring their evolution and influence on program objectives, and developing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

* **Performance Measurement & Insights:** Develop and refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), tracking progress and reporting to organizational leadership. Drive deep dives and data analysis to provide data-driven strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

* **Continuous Improvement & Innovation:** Facilitate post-program reviews, collect cross-functional feedback, and propose changes for continuous improvement. Identify product and service experts, leveraging their knowledge to drive enhancements and contribute to program excellence.

* **Vision & Objective Realization:** Establish and drive program vision and objectives, ensuring they are met or exceeded, and securing buy-in from executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
