Senior Estates & Trusts Paralegal

A well-established law practice in Hunt Valley is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join a close-knit, collaborative team dedicated exclusively to Estates & Trusts work. What You'll Do

• Support two attorneys across a busy, full-service Estates & Trusts practice
• Manage probate matters independently from opening through closing
• Prepare and file estate, gift, fiduciary income, and state tax returns
• Draft and organize estate planning and estate administration documents
• Coordinate with clients, accountants, and financial institutions throughout the administration process
• Maintain accurate, well-organized estate and probate files with strict attention to detail
• Utilize estate and tax administration software for filings and reporting
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in all client matters
