Job Description
What You Will Do: We are seeking a Quality Engineer I! In this position, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring product reliability and quality across the full product lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of design, product testing, and manufacturing, supporting both new product introductions and sustaining production. In this role, you will analyze quality and performance data, conduct failure investigations, and help drive corrective and preventive actions that improve product robustness and customer satisfaction. You will support environmental and production testing activities, participate in design and launch reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the quality management system. By identifying trends, resolving quality issues early, and collaborating across engineering and operations teams, you will help ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. This on-site position is located our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Quality Engineering Manager. How You Will Do It:
