Summary: Responsible for conducting full development lifecycle analysis to include requirements, design, documentation, testing and validation to support the implementation of data and analytics solutions. Possesses knowledge of quality improvement principles and statistics commonly used in data extraction, analytics, and performance improvement. Responsible for compiling, producing and analyzing reports and statistical information. Participates in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of data collection, in collaboration with operational teams and external program partners. Responsible for providing data requests, retrieval, analysis, and assisting in measuring outcomes, and process improvements. Participate in the analysis, summary and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes. Participates in validation and audit checks ensuring data integrity and be able to interpret results using statistical and data analysis tools. Independently delivers accurate, timely analysis using standard tools (SQL Querying, simple statistics, Python cleaning & BI Tools). Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Responsibilities:

- Serve as team member on assigned teams. Provides requested drilldowns, follow-ups and recommendations that may be requested by the team and presents in report format.
- Provides technical support and analytical support on projects, operational planning and performance monitoring.
- Ensures clear documentation of project specifications and quality assurance processes. Meets project deadlines with guidance from leader or lead analyst.
- Demonstrate proficient collaboration within the team and build collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Creates custom and standard reports for stakeholders. analyzing data and performs drilldowns when indicated.
- Participates in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of data collection. Provides guidance and assistance for more efficient approaches and methods for work processes and/or solving problems. Supports data requests, retrieval, analysis, and assists in measuring outcomes, and process improvements.
- Consistently meets daily, monthly, and annual deadlines by working effectively with multiple individuals in a highly tactful yet precise and professional manner.
- Presents data that is useful and understandable for Stakeholder use.
- Perform analysis on medium to large datasets using SQL Queries or Python or R & BI Tools.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees

Job Requirements: Education/Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field required.
* SQL or Python or R programming for data analysis is required.
* Usage of Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Looker) is preferred. Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Intermediate to Advanced SQL or Python or R programming in platforms with large data assets.
* Minimum 3 years in data analysis or design and implementation required.
* Minimum 2 years in using Business Intelligence Tools (like Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy) is preferred.
* 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
* Certifications in SQL, BI Tools, Agile Scrum are preferred. In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.
