As a Clinical System Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the systems clinicians rely on every day. You'll partner with care teams and IT professionals to ensure clinical applications are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the ultimate goal-better patient outcomes. This is more than a technical role-it's an opportunity to influence how care is delivered. What You'll Do
  • Bridge the gap between clinical teams and IT-translate real-world workflows into smart, effective system solutions
  • Optimize clinical systems including EHRs, ancillary applications, and decision support tools
  • Turn ideas into action by gathering requirements and converting them into technical specifications
  • Drive system improvements through implementations, upgrades, and enhancements-from testing to go-live support
  • Solve meaningful problems by troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
  • Empower users with training, guidance, and ongoing support as a trusted subject matter expert
  • Support data-driven care by helping ensure accurate reporting, analytics, and data integrity
  • Be a voice for change by contributing to change management and communicating system updates clearly
  • Champion quality and safety in every aspect of your work
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field-or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting clinical systems in a healthcare environment
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise Oracle EHR platform
