Senior Business Analyst: Solution Architecture

GKG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join GKG.

The Senior Business Analyst turns ambiguity into structured solutions and ensures those solutions are aligned, agreed upon, and successfully delivered.

Lead requirements elicitation and analysis by facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to define clear, actionable business needs across complex initiatives.
• Decompose ambiguous problems into structured requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, business rules, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end requirements artifacts, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process maps, and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).
• Analyze current-state operations and design future-state solutions, identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into system requirements and validating solution alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making, resolving conflicting requirements and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Support solution design and implementation by collaborating with architects, developers, and product owners to ensure requirements are feasible, complete, and aligned with delivery constraints.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test strategies, defining test cases, and validating system outputs against business expectations.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

This position includes Solution Architecture that bridges services development, business capture, and delivery execution to ensure solutions are competitive, executable, and aligned with client needs. The role ensures the connection between product and services design with market need, and alignment with operations to deliver real, repeatable, and scalable products and services. This connection includes performing project management and direct solution delivery as products and services are implemented and scaled.

• Bachelors Degree
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
• 10+ Years in related experience

• Recent experience conducting Manpower analysis leading to organizational restructuring.
