SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our group's marketing efforts. This role requires a selfmotivated marketing professional to play a strategic and handson role in a growing, entrepreneurial environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in fastpaced settings, and enjoys directly impacting business growth. The position involves strong communication skills, content creation, storytelling, and managing the team to produce high-quality proposals and marketing materials. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with leadership, construction teams, and business development to create compelling responses to RFPs, develop project outcome stories, and author team member spotlights to promote our brand. The base pay range for this role is $92,300 - $138,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
