Financial Management Support

Culmen International, LLC is hiring for a Financial Management Support to provide professional administrative services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management.

The position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Review and prepare contracting and Government Purchase Card Program (GPCP) actions utilizing the internal systems GEARS and Navy financial systems (Daily).
• Update command financial tracking Excel workbooks and perform data entry into Navy financial systems (Daily).
• Run daily reports related to accounting and budget (Daily).
• Research accounting and budget reports, obtain supporting documentation to resolve various reporting discrepancies such as unmatched disbursements, unliquidated obligations, and transaction errors (Daily).
• Reconcile the command financial tracking Excel workbooks (Weekly).
• Organize, review, manage, and file command financial documents electronically (Weekly).

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Associate's degree in business, finance or related field required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in financial, accounting, and/or business operations.
• Experience in running queries and reports from the financial systems.
• Proficient in updating financial tracking Excel workbooks and data entry into financial systems.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, oral communication and written skills
• Proficient with computer software, including the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suites programs
• Qualify for CAC issuance and IT access.
• Comply with Cybersecurity and Security protocols per DoDM 5200.2.
• Comply with recurring Operations Security (OPSEC) training requirements.
