Here's what we're looking for.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administrative/front desk/receptionist experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
• Ability to manage meeting scheduling, document preparation, and records management.
• Experience in call screening, reception, and general office tasks.
