The Finance Professional position is an integral member of the Morrill Hall Shared Services Team (MHSST) responsible for non-sponsored and/or sponsored finance management functions focusing on budgeting, reporting and forecasting, transaction support and approval, and reconciliation for assigned units. The position requires knowledge of accounting principles as well as University policy. The position reports to the team's Finance Manager 3.

About the Department
The Morrill Hall Shared Services Team provides Finance and HR support to the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost and its reporting units (Office of Undergraduate Education, Office of Enrollment Management, Graduate School, Office for Faculty and Academic Affairs, Office of Public Engagement, Institute for Advanced Study, Northrop Concerts & Lectures, University Ticketing, and Weisman Art Museum), as well as the Office of the President and its reporting units (University Senate Office, Government and Community Relations, Strategic Initiatives and Native American Affairs), University Marketing Communications, Office for Student Affairs, Office for Equity and Diversity, Office of the General Counsel, and the Office of the Board of Regents. Its mission is to deliver Finance and HR service excellence to the departments served, accomplished through accountability, best practices, communication, diversity and inclusion, integrity and respect. Pay Range: $89,000 - $95,000 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience While our salary ranges provide a framework, it is important to note that most of the time, the initial pay may not reach the maximum of the range. This approach ensures that compensation reflects the value and unique contributions of each candidate while maintaining equity within our organization.
