Department: Family & Youth Peer Support Reports to: Alliance Coordinator Travel: 0-10% Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible to Saturdays Pay Range: $34.18-35.85 Help Strengthen Support for Staten Island FamiliesVibrant Emotional Health's Family & Youth Peer Support Services connect Staten Island families with advocates who understand what it is like to seek support for a child or young person and can help them navigate complicated systems, transportation challenges, long waits, and other barriers to care. We are seeking a part-time Program Supervisor to provide effective supervision and development to Family and Youth Peer Advocates while building strong relationships with Staten Island organizations, providers, and community partners. The ideal candidate understands family and youth peer support, knows Staten Island's communities and service systems, and can help advocates grow, strengthen referral pathways, and connect more families with responsive, well-coordinated services. The range listed reflects the compensation parameters for the role and does not represent the full compensation package.
