* 4- year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

* Minimum 18 months retail environment experience.

* Minimum 12 months people management experience.

* Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding

* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Employee Acknowledgement: Date
