Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will work with our firm's top technical minds on our AI Platform, which will enable next-generation client services.
You'll be building a world-leading AI platform that can be broadly deployed across different sectors and functions. Focusing on the right mix of AI capabilities and human judgement by bundling existing and new AI agents to create real-world impact.
You will oversee a broad set of activities from Client Activation to the Product/Platform roadmap. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes senior firm leaders, Client Service Team leaders, practice leaders and cutting-edge engineers. Your team is led by some of our firm's most senior leaders and is scaling to ~130 technologists such as full-stack engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and designers.
As the Senior Asset Leader, you will shape how we communicate, operate, and scale the platform. You will operate at the intersection of product leadership and senior client advisory, owning the asset strategy, shaping high-value engagements, and embedding the asset into complex transformations to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will help create excitement and alignment across firm Senior Leaders, practices, capabilities and other assets. You will manage core asset operations including resourcing, budgeting, cost and revenue monitoring and people processes. You will also support defining product direction based on client needs, platform capabilities, and the longer-term roadmap.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
Client and Client Service Team engagement: Understanding client needs and help shape how AI Platform is positioned in client conversations. Tracking feedback from client discussions and ensuring it informs roadmap and platform priorities. Developing and maintaining the product story, ensuring Client Service Teams can articulate value, use cases, and differentiators. Supporting Client Service Teams with materials, demos, and structured guidance to drive client excitement and adoption.
Asset operations and governance: Managing day-to-day operations of the asset including budgeting, billing, and resource planning. Overseeing people processes such as staffing, onboarding coordination, and support for Backbone team operations. Maintaining governance, reporting, and performance management for the asset. Coordinating with Finance, Professional Development Team, and Tech Activation to keep operational processes running smoothly.
Strategic direction and leadership engagement: Supporting senior leaders in shaping strategic direction, priorities, and product roadmap. Consolidating pipeline insights and providing structured leadership updates. Translating strategic decisions into clear operational plans and sequencing across teams.
Cross-functional coordination: Acting as the central point of connection across Client Service Teams, Engineering, Product Managers, Tech Activation, Client Activation and Backbone. Ensuring alignment across sub-teams and resolving day-to-day coordination issues. Maintaining internal knowledge hubs and resources to support consistent product communication.
You will be part of a team that is shaping the future of AI transformation. Your journey with McKinsey will be one of continuous learning, impactful contributions, and unparalleled growth.
