• 2 years of experience
• Experience in mechanical design, drafting, or production engineering
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering drawing interpretation
• Knowledge of design standards, manufacturing processes, and product development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new or existing products and components for agricultural machinery
• Create and update technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering documentation
• Interpret engineering drawings, vendor data, and cross-functional design inputs
• Ensure designs meet standards for quality, safety, manufacturability, and performance
• Review calculations, models, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and support bid, approval, and manufacturing drawing packages
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, shop/assembly teams, and engineering peers
• Support or lead assigned projects and coordinate design activities as needed
• Research design alternatives and evaluate engineering solutions
• Review shop drawings and assist with resolving design/code-related questions
• Use engineering CAD software to develop 2D drawings and 3D models
• Produce design sketches and incorporate inputs from other engineering teams
• Conduct design research and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply relevant engineering codes, standards, and design requirements
