Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) Outpatient Abdominal Transplant Clinic Location: Work Schedule: Position Summary Duke University Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Outpatient Abdominal Transplant Clinic. The APP will provide comprehensive, high-quality, evidence-based care to adult abdominal transplant patients across the pre and posttransplant continuum within Duke Health ambulatory practice settings. This role functions within a highly collaborative, interprofessional transplant care model and practices to the full extent of licensure and training in alignment with Duke Advanced Practice standards. The APP supports the Division of Abdominal Transplant Surgery by enhancing access, continuity, quality, and outcomes of care in a nationally recognized academic transplant program.
