Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $73,920-$95,495.40. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Available Shift 1st shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Onsite) Join Our Team as a Mechanical Engineer I (Early Talent Program)! The S&C Engineering Rotational Program is intended to provide early career professionals with a rich development experience across S&C's Power Hardware organization. The program lasts approximately 24 months, with new assignments approximately every 6 months, after which time the individual is placed in a permanent position. Participants will contribute across S&C's organization while learning foundational engineering and manufacturing skills, developing a baseline understanding of S&C products, and understanding internal processes and workflows. The Product Development organization is responsible for the product management, new product development, and product engineering/sustaining engineering functions at S&C.
