What You'll Do:

• Perform various tasks throughout the warehouse in an industrial setting
• General cleaning and sanitation of the facility
• Assist with warehouse maintenance: replacing drag paddles, bolts, motors, sprockets, hammer mill screens, and more
• Operate forklifts and wheeled front loaders
• Load hopper-bottom tractor-trailers

Requirements:

• Ability to liftupto 40 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience operating forklifts and front loaders is a plus
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed
