Job Summary: The Payroll Accountant III is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll-related financial processes. This includes preparing and maintaining payroll account reconciliations, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, and providing support for internal and external audits. The Payroll Accountant will also identify opportunities for process improvements, maintain compliance records, and provide subject matter expertise on key financial/accounting matters. Essential Functions:
Required Experience: 4+ years related work experience. Related Bachelor's degree required Accounting or Finance Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Excel Experience with General Ledger ERP systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle HCM and ADP FPC or CPP Certification Preferred General Physical Demands: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Annualized Salary Range: $71,200 - $115,700
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $71,200 - $89,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
