About the Role

As a Consultant Lead within the Private Capital Suite Professional Services team, you will lead the successful implementation and optimization of solutions for private capital clients. You will partner with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy technology that streamlines fund accounting, reporting, and operational processes. This role combines deep private equity domain expertise with consulting, project delivery, and client relationship management. Success is measured by implementation quality, client outcomes, operational efficiency, and long-term client satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead complex client implementations of the Private Capital Suite platform from discovery through go-live.
  • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
  • Configure system functionality to support fund accounting, portfolio management, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Drive data migration activities, including data assessment, validation, reconciliation, and conversion.
  • Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice recommendations and process improvement guidance.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to resolve issues and enhance client outcomes.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation execution.
  • Support strategic consulting initiatives, solution optimization projects, and platform adoption efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, templates, and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions within financial services or investment management environments.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity, alternative investments, fund structures, and investment lifecycle events.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Experience with solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, and user enablement activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior hands-on experience with Investran or FIS Private Capital Suite solutions.
  • Experience working directly with private equity, venture capital, real estate, or other alternative investment firms.
  • Knowledge of implementation methodologies, process improvement, and operational best practices.
  • Advanced data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation experience.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, technology, and client service teams.
  • Professional certifications in accounting, finance, project management, or related disciplines.
