You will conduct inperson site visits across Presbyterian locations, lead routine huddles and touchpoints, and help drive a culture of connection, growth, and collaboration. Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: Yes Job is based: Presbyterian Kaseman - 8120 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities: The Manager Community Health Operations and Strategic Initiatives reports to the Director of Community & Clinical Linkages and plays a key part in shaping and strengthening Community Health's Peer Support Program-an enterprisewide initiative focused on early engagement and meaningful support for patients navigating alcohol and substancerelated challenges. Candidates with knowledge of Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), the role and scope of Peer Support Specialists, and the recovery process are strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare or emergency department settings is also valuable. The ideal candidate understands how stigma can impact care and recovery and brings a strengthsbased, personcentered approach to both patient interactions and team leadership.
