Qualifications Education:Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursingrequired,or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management. Bachelor's Degreepreferred. Experience:Aminimum of three (3) years' experience in Nursing Administration and/oradedicatedLeadershiprolein Psychiatric Nursingis preferred. Licensure: Mustbe currentlylicensed to practiceinAZbythe Arizona State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements:Thorough knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification upon hire, and successful completion of training inHandle with Carewithin30 daysof employment, and prior toassistingin restraining procedures.
