United States, New York, New York

The opportunity

Adobe Express is redefining how companies and creators build on-brand content; and generative AI is at the center of that transformation. We are looking for a Sr. Product Designer to develop how Express delivers intelligent, brand-sensitive content journeys for individual creators and enterprise customers alike. This position requires you to have a strong understanding of the Express product and its users. You will convert brand and partnership guidelines into agentic content results that seem natural and customized. Collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams, you will shape workflows that motivate users to form repeat creation habits within branded outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Build Brand-Aware Content Experiences: Translate brand and partnership guides into agentic content outcomes-building experiences that adapt to brand standards and feel personalized across individual and enterprise contexts.

  • Apply Systems Build and Product Thinking: Understand the product lifecycle and build solutions that connect brand governance, AI-generated content, and user creation workflows into cohesive, scalable systems.

  • Build for Repeat Creation Habits: Compose workflows that keep users engaged in ongoing creation-lowering friction, presenting relevant prompts, and inventing moments that make coming back to Express feel effortless and fulfilling.

  • Build Personalized Brand Experiences: Develop product experiences that adapt dynamically to a user's or organization's brand standards-ensuring outputs feel consistent, on-brand, and appropriate across use cases.

  • Develop a practical knowledge of enterprise brand requirements and governance frameworks. Craft solutions that provide organizations with suitable control over brand compliance while ensuring a smooth creation experience for end users.

  • Communicate Builds Clearly and Confidently: Present builds in a clear, professional, and well-reasoned manner to teammates and cross-functional partners.

  • Learn from Users and Research: Participate in user research to develop an in-depth understanding of creators and enterprise customers. Apply what you learn to guide design choices and incorporate the user's perspective into every conversation.

  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with product management, engineering, and the broader Adobe Design team. Draw on the expertise of cross-functional partners, actively incorporate feedback, and contribute to shared creative standards.

What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of product build experience, with a growing depth of knowledge in a product or domain area.

  • Demonstrated passion for understanding Adobe Express and the creative tools space-including the users, the workflows, and the business context.

  • Familiarity with brand systems, build systems, or content governance-and interest in how these intersect with AI-generated and user-created content.

  • Systems building and thinking-able to understand how individual features connect to broader product architecture and user journeys.

  • Proficiency in Figma and a working understanding of interaction development principles, with attention to detail in terminology, behaviors, and workflows.

  • Strong communication skills-able to present built work clearly, explain rationale to a broad audience, and iterate rapidly in response to feedback.

  • Eagerness to broaden skills and domain expertise, and a willingness to constructively receive and integrate diverse perspectives from a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.

  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.

  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
