Description

The Sr. Financial Aid Specialist - Technology Adoption and Engagement serves as the functional expert for all systems and technology used within the Financial Aid Department. This role is responsible for driving effective adoptions, optimization, and continuous improvement of technology solutions by deeply understanding department workflow, user needs, and business processes. The Sr. Financial Aid Specialist - Technology Adoption and Engagement plays a key role in translating operational needs into technology solutions, developing and delivering training and resources, and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability around system usage. This role reports to the Senior Director of Financial Aid - Advising and Outreach. REQUIREMENTS:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly rate range for this position is $28.35 to $38.36.
