VP-Head of Intelligent Automation (Exempt)

Required qualifications
* Senior leadership experience building and leading cross-functional teams delivering automation, software products, platforms, or workflow transformation at scale.
* Demonstrated ability to redesign processes, not just improve them, including end-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption.
* Strong engineering leadership credibility, including partnering with architects, managing engineering managers, and operating production services with reliability and accountability.
* Proven ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into structured, testable, governable solutions, including clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
* Experience working in or adjacent to regulated environments, with comfort partnering closely with security, compliance, and clinical governance.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, revenue cycle, workforce management, or other complex, high-velocity operational domains.
* Experience with modern AI-enabled automation, including human-in-the-loop decision design, risk tiering, auditability, and safe execution patterns.
* Familiarity with building governed integration layers and reusable capability catalogs, including schema standards, lifecycle management, and platform enablement models.
* Strong change leadership, including stakeholder mapping, training strategies, communications planning, and adoption measurement.
