We are seeking a Procedure/Surgical Services Supervisor to:

  • Help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services for the diagnostic imaging team.
  • Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.
  • Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns.
  • Be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow for the new Eastpark Medical Center radiology procedures.
  • Be an effective member of the Radiology/Medical Imaging management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing Required
  • Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
  • Evidence of leadership experience Required
  • 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice Preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification Required
  • Current ACLS Certification Required
