Our Machinists work with advanced equipment including 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and Wire EDM in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Perks & Culture Monthly summer picnics Tacos every other Tuesday during spring & summer Thanksgiving & Christmas lunches Company-sponsored summer/fall events Free coffee & popcorn Subsidized vending machines Company swag stipend Benefits 10 vacation days after 90 days Paid holidays including your birthday + floater day Health, dental, vision & life insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible spending & health savings accounts Tuition reimbursement Referral program Employee assistance program Flexible 2nd shift schedule: Five 8-hour days OR four 10-hour days What You'll Do Set up, adjust, and operate horizontal lathes and vertical mills Perform bar feeder, live tooling, and rotary axis setups Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining sequences Load tools, indicate parts, and set work coordinates Machine parts per print while holding close tolerances Read blueprints and GD&T specifications Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts Run multiple machines and complete production documentation Support LEAN, 5S, ISO 9001-2015, and ISO 13485 initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC machining lathe experience in a job shop environment Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills Ability to multitask and run multiple machines Journeyman's card in CNC and/or Toolmaking CAD/CAM knowledge Must be a U.S. citizen If you're passionate about aerospace, precision machining, and working for a company where employees are treated like people-not numbers-we'd love to hear from you.
