Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a full-time employee after 6 months based on attendance, quality, efficiency, attitude, and ability to learn new functions quickly.

Team members will primarily begin in the packing department to gain a strong understanding of warehouse parts, systems, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
* Pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment
* Match SKUs and verify product information
* Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks
* Maintain productivity and quality standards
* Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
* Learn and perform additional warehouse functions as needed
* Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse duties

Qualifications:
* GED or High School Diploma required
* Basic math skills required
* Ability to accurately match SKUs and part numbers
* Must be able to pass two separate timed assessments
* Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attendance and positive attitude required
