Workday Finance Business Systems Analyst - Candidates must be local to Boston, no relocation!

Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship - NO C2C!


Location: Hybrid 2x week onsite in Boston
Duration: 3 months

Summary
The Finance Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working across multiple Finance stakeholder groups to gather business requirements, design system solutions, and provide end-user support for Workday Finance and integrated systems. This includes managing Workday Finance enhancement requests as well as system defects throughout the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier-2 support for functional teams - providing solutions, assessing trends, prioritizing enhancements and bugs
  • Lead meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules based on user requirements
  • Escalate critical bugs and issues to Leadership team(s) as necessary.
  • Provide regular reporting of in-progress work and trends to Finance departments
  • Partner with IT Services stakeholders in integration management and implementation


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with business requirements, use cases, test plans, system upgrades, and project management
  • 3-5 years Workday Finance technical experience required (FDM/Accounting, Banking, Projects, Adaptive experience preferred)
  • Experience with Workday Reporting a plus



Estimated Min Rate: $75.00
Estimated Max Rate: $89.00
