The Director of Clinical Informatics & Digital Acceleration for the Pacific Northwest (PNW) plays a critical leadership role in advancing this vision across Washington and Oregon, supporting over one million patients and nearly 1,000 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians in the market. This leader will be responsible for driving the execution, adoption, and optimization of clinical technologies and digital services across the PNW market. Acting as a senior business and clinical informatics leader, the Director will oversee a dynamic digital portfolio and ensure delivery of end to end solutions that address unmet needs, create measurable value, and support a fully integrated digital ecosystem. The role partners closely with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to modernize care delivery, enable AI driven and digital first models of care, and transform underlying workflows to support scale, sustainability, and superior clinician and patient experiences. The Director of Clinical Informatics & Digital Acceleration provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and execution excellence across the market's clinical technology initiatives. If you are located in Western WA (able to go into Everett & Seattle locations weekly), you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
