There are two openings - see below for the detailed requirements for each. 1. Senior Product Owner - Email (Outlook) Migration Project: Email (Outlook) migration - This project is in support of an upcoming acquisition . They are going to be moving users from their existing email system into Microsoft 365 tenant. This will include migrating mailboxes, distribution lists, calendars, and contacts. Required Skills: - Must be highly skilled in MS Office, specifically Outlook - Ideally, they have experience with Email Migrations in an enterprise environment - This person must be hands-on writing user stories using Jira, assisting in product discovery, planning, and development. This person will be responsible for creating all the user stories, managing the backlog and features, prioritizing the work, and attending all Agile ceremonies. - This person should have experience working with software engineering teams, driving both the UI and UX. - This person should be a 50/50 blend of technical and business - they do not want a solely technical PO. - Financial services is preferred, but not required. They must come from an enterprise environment. - They must come from a TRUE product background - they will not consider anyone with a former project manager, scrum master, delivery lead/manager, or program manager background *Skills* User stories, Product roadmap, Requirement gathering, Jira, Product backlog, Agile, ui/ux, email migration *Top Skills Details* User stories,Product roadmap,Requirement gathering,Jira,Product backlog,Agile,ui/ux *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Must be an excellent communicator who can be business, client, and technology-facing - Must be able to collaborate in a team environment and partner well with others - Must be able to adapt to changes quickly and show flexibility *Experience Level* Expert Level Hybrid on site 3 days a week w2 only sponsorship not available *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $78.00/hr.
