The Claim Support Supervisor supervises Claim Operations Support Staff and assists other Claim Support Supervisors.

This position will be located in Omaha, NE.

What will you do?

  • Assist in the interviewing, selection and hiring of Claim Support Staff.

  • Evaluate job performance, completing performance reviews and recommending to Claim Support Manager personnel actions such as transfers, promotions, disciplinary measures, discharge, salary adjustments, and staffing levels.

  • Train and cross-train Claim Support Staff in essential duties and responsibilities, use of Company technology, Claim Operations workflows and procedures.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

  • One or more years related work experience

  • Good understanding of basic math

  • Experience using computer related software

  • Claim Operations policies and procedures

  • Basic insurance terms and coverages
