Job Summary The Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting is responsible for managing the Company's general accounting and financial reporting functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the company adheres to GAAP and its policies and procedures. Additionally, this position is accountable for staff development and coaching. The ideal candidate will have a record of improving, automating, and streamlining procedures while consistently achieving corporate financial goals. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and distribution of internal and external financial statements, footnotes, and reports to Benjamin Moore and Berkshire Hathaway executive management.
