RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for managing all administrative operational aspects of running a Center(s), including planning, team member management, budget management, maintaining relationships with referring groups, and on-going customer service functions. This role is also responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e. efficiency, productivity, costs, etc.) for the market.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are from 9:00am-5:30pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(40%) Center Operations



  • Maintain productive relationships with the Center's customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service
  • Provides ongoing and timely communication to management and team members regarding Center performance, team performance, events, issues, etc.
  • Partners with Chief Technologists and other managers to ensure profitable growth and increased market share for the market
  • Continually evaluate current processes, making recommendations to ensure effective fulfillment of goals and objectives
  • Remain visible at Center(s) and maintain a clear understanding of the/each Center(s) morale and workload
  • Partner with the Market Success sales team, patients, and referring offices to ensure satisfaction
  • Attend Market Success sales calls and lunch meetings with the sales team, providing operations knowledge and to act as a resource
  • Assist in targeting payor relationship opportunities within the Market
  • Proactively monitor payor referral activity
  • Interface with the Director Operations, Sr Director Operations, and/or all technical and administrative team members to ensure effective teamwork and efficient Center operations
  • Administer quality programs and meets or exceeds key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, and administrative functions
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients, technologists, radiologists and any other Center team members with the assistance of the Center's safety coordinator
  • Perform any/all front office functions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines


(30%) Team Management



  • Oversight of Center Supervisors and responsible for the administrative team
  • Manage and assist in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of new team members and supervisors, providing resource and technical expertise
  • Manage team member performance evaluations, compensation recommendations and development of team members, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or termination
  • Lead & schedule regular team meetings and team member one-on-one discussions
  • Maintain team member retention by implementing effective retention strategies to support high engagement levels and encourage open communication in an emotionally safe environment
  • Implement strategies to promote teamwork within the Center and with other team members, including management and radiologists


(25%) Center Planning




  • Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Center(s) and recommends financial decisions
  • Proactively monitor the performance and profitability of services offered
  • Provide ongoing and timely communication to management and team members regarding Center performance, team performance, events, issues, etc.


(5%) Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned

Required:



  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Associate degree, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
  • Five (5) years' of related medical experience, preferably in out-patient radiology imaging
  • Three (3) years' of proven management leading a team of direct reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Some travel is required between sites; a reliable means of transportation is required.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company or personal vehicle)


Preferred:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related, relevant & applicable field
