AI Web/UX Designer

We're looking for a forward-thinking Web Designer who is passionate about blending creativity and user experience WITH cutting-edge AI technology to build exceptional digital (web) experiences. In this role, AI will serve as a core part of the design process, powering approximately 80% of UX user journey development, prototyping, visual design, content creation, and optimization activities. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-driven design platform, Claude, to generate mockups, prototypes, user flows, and design concepts.
• Design responsive websites and digital experiences that align with brand standards and business objectives through Claude.
• Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, and usability analysis using AI-assisted tools and insights.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences.
• Create and refine design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Use AI-generated recommendations and analytics to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and site performance.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and UX best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, digital design, or a related field.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Claude.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated concepts to ensure quality, usability, and brand consistency.
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
