What You'll Do You'll create and manage digital experiences that engage audiences and support business goals. Content Strategy & Social Media
- Help develop and execute a digital content and social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage a monthly content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Creative Design & Storytelling
- Design graphics, visuals, and digital assets for campaigns, social media, and internal communications
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual standards
Community Engagement & Brand Reputation
- Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages to build trust and protect brand reputation
- Support proactive engagement strategies that strengthen customer connections
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
- Turn data into recommendations that improve engagement and performance
Website & SEO Optimization
- Support website updates, landing pages, and blog content improvements
- Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search to improve visibility
AI & Innovation
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and performance insights
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and graphic design
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or analytics tools
- Experience with AIpowered content tools or prompt engineering
- Knowledge of online reputation management
