Learn more about the culture at Suburban Hospital here: Suburban Hospital - A Special Place to Work The Patient Care Tech (CNA) on our 18-bed Adult Surgical unit is a critical part of the Patient Care Team and works in a collaborative relationship with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This certified role observes patients, provides basic nursing care, and maintains the patient environment in an outcome-oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate, and cost-effective manner. Salary Range: Minimum 19.49/hour - Maximum 30.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
