The Opportunity:

Booz Allen is building the next generation of tactical robotic systems for defense, national security, and public safety missions, establishing a new center of engineering excellence to design and deliver an entirely new class of missionready platforms. We focus on delivering real systems with real capabilities, grounded in operatorcentered design, rapid fielddriven iteration, and U.S.-based manufacturing. As an embedded software engineer, you understand how to create and maintain the critical software that enables these systems to function, writing and optimizing code that bridges hardware and software, enabling reliable communication and performance.

We are entering a new phase of growth and seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Engineer to help shape the next wave of autonomous, semiautonomous, and precisionflight systems. In this role, you will support system architecture, parts selection, validation test design, and full hardwaresoftware development cycles across multiple product lines. You'll write, test, and refine embedded code, reverse engineer software to support hardware functionality, configure solutions across various platforms, and collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to ensure secure and resilient systems. You'll also work closely with technical leads to troubleshoot operational issues and support field deployments, contributing directly to the systems that protect our service members, communities, and country. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
