Responsibilities

The HR Intern supports the daily operations of the human resources department. You will work in a collaborative team environment to ensure HR projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

    Assists with core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel record maintenance under the supervision of the HR Manager.

  • Learns and applies company-specific HR policies, labor law standards, and confidentiality procedures.

  • Supports special projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, or benefit administration.

  • Participates in departmental meetings and helps meet deadlines for audit and reporting tasks.



Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a two or four year college degree program. Second or third academic year preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
