Summary: In this role, you will provide analytics and strategic planning support to Vizient/Sg2 clients, helping inform enterprise, service line and network-level decisions. You will conduct analyses, develop insights and contribute tostrategic recommendations related to growth, access and care delivery strategy. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, support project execution and communicate findingsthat support informed decision-making. Responsibilities:
- Support system-wide strategic planning initiatives, including service line growth planning, ambulatory network planning, facility planning and enterprise strategy development.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitativeanalyses that inform growth priorities, market positioning, access strategy and capital planning discussions.
- Perform market assessments, competitive analyses and demand evaluations to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
- Develop project deliverables such as market share summaries, market scans, service line growth assessments and ad hoc market intelligence.
- Apply strategic frameworks and scenario analysis to evaluate growth opportunitiesand support client decision-making.
- Leverage Vizient/Sg2 and external data platforms to support strategy development and analytic rigor.
- Present analyses, findings and recommendationsto client stakeholders and support strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support project objectives and maintain effective communication.
- Assist with project planning and execution by supporting analytic approaches, data requirements and timelines.
- Support development of project workplans, data requests and client-ready deliverables under the direction of project leadership.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills with demonstrated ability to analyze market, operational, and financial data to develop actionable insights required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing client-facing presentations and communicating findings to stakeholders preferred.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
- Healthcare industry experience with exposure to healthcare market, claims, utilization, and/or financial data preferred.
- Experience supporting healthcare strategic planning initiatives, including service line strategy, ambulatory network planning, facility planning, enterprise strategy, or related consulting and analytics functions preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and data visualization tools preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
