Floor-Ready Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership experience
• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English) - Required
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (assist with paycards and Employee Workplace platforms)
• Strong attendance required - no absences allowed during the first 3 weeks (no preplanned time off)
• Ability to work mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays

On the Line

Leadership Responsibilities

• Check in new hires and conduct first-day safety walkthroughs
• Manage sign-in sheets and ensure timely start of shifts
• Communicate effectively with onsite leadership
• Assist with incident report collection and documentation
• Support and communicate with current associates on the floor
• Collect badges from terminated or departed employees

Warehouse Duties

• Unload floor-loaded containers using manual labor and conveyor equipment
• Inspect trailers and product for cleanliness, damage, or contamination (including black light checks)
• Palletize product according to item and date code requirements
• Use turntables and proper lifting techniques to reduce strain
• Shrink wrap pallets and apply correct labeling/tags
• Maintain clear communication with team members to support workflow and product changes
• Follow a rotation schedule to minimize repetitive motion injuries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to PPE and safety standards
