Mortgage Loan Officer Lake Norman/Hickory Markets

The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for developing relationships, originating new and refinanced mortgage loans from Realtors, builders, and existing and potential customers ensuring customers receive personalized, high-quality service. This role requires a strong background in originating secondary market quality mortgage loans or other lending experience.

Required Education/Knowledge:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage origination and credit
• General knowledge of all areas of mortgage related products

Required Experience:

• Experience in originating secondary market quality loans
• Past retail or business lending experience
