*Technical Recruiter (Intermediate Level)* *Role Overview* We are seeking an experienced *Technical Recruiter* to support end-to-end hiring for a variety of IT and technical roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. The role also provides opportunities to support broader recruiting initiatives as needed.
*Key Responsibilities* * Manage *full-cycle recruiting* for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and related functions * Partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on timelines * Lead intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and candidate closing * Utilize *Workday (ATS)* to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and recruiting metrics * Conduct effective technical and behavioral screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit * Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach * Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance * Support select non-technical searches and broader talent initiatives as needed, including campus recruiting and internship programs * Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting throughout the recruiting lifecycle *Work Arrangement* * On-site presence *2-3 days per week*, with additional in-office days as needed for meetings or coverage *Required Skills & Qualifications* * *3+ years of recruiting experience*, with a strong preference for technical or IT recruiting * Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (*Workday preferred*) * Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment * Working knowledge of technical roles and skill sets (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity) * Strong sourcing capabilities using advanced search techniques and direct outreach * Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience recruiting in enterprise or highly technical environments * Familiarity with campus recruiting, early career programs, or internship pipelines * Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage recruiting data for continuous improvement *Experience Level* * *Intermediate Level* *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
