The Quality Supervisor leads frontline quality execution within a manufacturing facility operating under an ISO 9001 quality management system and producing products certified to applicable industry standards such as UL, CSA, and/or ICEA. This role manages quality personnel responsible for inspection, testing, and laboratory activities, ensuring consistent application of quality processes, effective use of resources, and development of frontline quality capability to support production and prevent defect escapes. Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma Specialized Degree: Bacheloras degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or a related field preferred Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: In a manufacturing quality environment Leading or supervising frontline quality person Preferred Education & Experience
Specialized Degree: Bacheloras degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline Training or certification related to quality systems, inspection, testing, or continuous improvement Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment with certified products and laboratory measurement activities.
