Responsibilities:

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate, community-minded Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Espanola, NM. In this role, you will evaluate and treat diverse pediatric to geriatric patient populations across versatile inpatient rehab and outpatient clinic settings.

Optimized for healthcare job seekers researching physical therapy careers in Northern New Mexico, this role requires high-level data interpretation and clinical expertise to design comprehensive evidence-based care plans addressing both physical recovery and psychosocial well-being.

As a dedicated clinical patient advocate, you will collaborate on interdisciplinary healthcare coordination with medical teams, drive progressive discharge planning goals, utilize modern EPIC EMR software, and provide caregiver training to optimize long-term patient independence.

Candidates looking to join New Mexico's premier healthcare system must hold an active New Mexico Physical Therapy License, possess basic computer skills, and be ready to champion patient self-determination in the beautiful Espanola valley.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
