Our client, a leader in innovative technology, is at the forefront of developing advanced solutions that power a highly complex global network of physical operational facilities. They are committed to optimizing efficiency and standardizing site operations to ensure the seamless success of their cutting-edge fleet. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to driving consistency, safety, and peak productivity across all physical sites by meticulously optimizing every human-controllable input and workflow.

Make a significant impact as a pivotal leader in physical operations!

Step into a role where your strategic vision and hands-on execution will directly shape the operational excellence of a global network. As a key player, you will holistically own the strategy, standardization, and execution of all "human-controllable" variables across live operational footprints. This is your chance to be the central coordinator, defining the operational standards for on-the-floor performance, workplace guidelines, vendor compliance, and physical space readiness. You will translate highly variable local habits into high-performing, repeatable operational rhythms, ensuring readiness under all conditions and directly contributing to the overall success of the fleet.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor performance dashboards, tracking site-level productivity, analyzing labor supply efficiency, and executing real-time triage to resolve human-performance bottlenecks on the floor.
  • Define, deploy, and audit global operational toolkits to standardize day-to-day facility hygiene (e.g., cleanliness, lost-and-found tracking, prohibited goods policies).
  • Enforce strict third-party partner service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.
  • Manage the operational strategy, staffing, and performance for critical workstreams such as cleaning and lost-and-found.
  • Align localized labor management and emergency response protocols to ensure operational readiness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience directly leading physical operations, logistics, fulfillment, or industrial fleet services.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operational programs and standardization rollouts.
  • Deep experience managing third-party vendors, developing operational playbooks (SOPs), and auditing localized site performance against corporate SLAs.
  • Experience tracking floor capacity, managing scheduling matrices, and coordinating labor allocation constraints.
