APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes. Lead efforts to maintain project documentation. Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed. Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues. Analyze information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to the project team. Applies critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues. Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other). Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high-quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented. Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the client brand. Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
