Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX

Educational Recommendation: Currently a candidate for a master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field at an accredited school in the US


  • Assist Procurement Managers with daily operational activities, stakeholder communication, and supplier follow-up.
  • Support procurement process improvements and digitalization initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize procurement records, documentation, and reporting materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support procurement strategies, projects, and overall team operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment.
