About the Role

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Clinical Field Training Manager to lead clinical onboarding, certification, and training initiatives across our nationwide network of TMS centers. This highly visible role combines hands-on field training with program development to ensure clinicians deliver exceptional patient care, maintain certification standards, and support operational excellence. Extensive travel is required to support clinics across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person onboarding and clinical training programs at Greenbrook centers nationwide.
  • Facilitate clinician certification and competency assessments.
  • Train staff on NeuroStar TMS therapy, patient care protocols, and workflow best practices.
  • Coach and develop clinicians through ongoing feedback and performance support.
  • Track training records, certifications, and LMS data integrity.
  • Partner with Operations, Regional Leadership, and Clinical Leadership to drive training excellence.
  • Support the development and enhancement of training materials, SOPs, and educational programs.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 2+ years of clinical training, education, or staff development experience.
  • 2+ years of medical device experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% nationally.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field.
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, neuromodulation therapies, or medical device training.
  • Familiarity with NeuroStar TMS and multi-site clinical operations.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
