The Assistant Project Lead supports the execution of service, maintenance, and repair activities for elevators, escalators, and moving walks. This role ensures compliance with local codes and regulatory requirements by coordinating testing, inspections, and repairs in collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) within your assigned jurisdiction, either NY or CA. The position involves managing schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing timely updates to stakeholders to prevent violations and meet mandated deadlines. Acting as a central point of contact, the Assistant Project Lead facilitates communication between Operations, Sales, and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 1. Project Assistance & Coordination (25%)

Base Salary $71,600 - $89,500 The above represents the typicalsalaryrange for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
